So today is my 19th birthday...which means I FINALLY get to see Toy Story 3! Too bad that today is also the day that Eclipse releases at midnight and I'll probably be crammed in the movie theater with a bunch of twilighters....oh well haha. My birthday has been good so far. I got an iPhone 4...which has video calling among other cool stuff. I will probably make a vlog on it very soon :). It also has iBooks...and though it doesn't have Harry Potter...it does have several FREE books that are awesome, including Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Peter Pan, and Winnie The Pooh :).
On another note, I think I've found all three of my Disney Look outfits! I cleaned out my car and found one outfit that I can wear, then I bought one with my birthday money, and I already had one...totaling three in all. I will post pics of them very soon :).
Also--my roomie Mandi and I are looking for housemates! We are under 21, check in 8/23, and want to live in Chatham Square in a 2 or 3 br. Mandi has already done the CP once and therefore knows what she is doing haha. If you're interested, please let me know :)
Follow me on twitter! Friend me on Facebook! The links are over there ---->
Alrighty, that's it for now. Have a magical day ;)

Things to do before Disney
Here's what I've come up with so far:
(1) Clean out my car.
(2) Get oil changed and tires rotated and have an overall "car checkup".
(3) Acquire a notarized letter from my insurance company saying that I have permission to use my car during my Disney adventure.
(4) Find at least one more outfit that is within the Disney Look.
(5) Locate my Harry Potter twin sized bedding from when I was a kid.
(6) Figure out what to pack, and then pack it all up.
Okay, so that's all that I've come up with so far. I know that this is probably not even the beginning to all of the things that I need to do...so if anyone has any suggestions...I will gladly accept them.
Thanks and have a magical day :)

TWO MONTHS TO GOOOOOOO!
Today is two months exactly until I check in for my college program. 61 days. Can I just say WOW?! I remember when I first got my acceptance and I had like 150 something days left. I can also remember seeing the fall advantage people's countdowns when they had 60ish days and being SO JEALOUS! Now that's me! Well, I suppose that I need to start getting organized. I need to figure out what I need to buy before I go down there. I need to organize my professional outfits within the Disney Look. I need to start packing. I need to get with my roomie and figure out who is bringing what. I need to get with my roomie and discuss finding housemates....oh my goodness! So much to do in such a little amount of time! The closer that I get to my check-in date, the more nervous/excited/anxious I get. Hopefully these next two months won't drag by!

YAYYYYYYYYYYY!
Okay, so apparently the girl that Disney matched me with opted out of the roommate match, so that left me to fine someone else. This is a good thing, because me and that girl probably would not have gotten along. Soooo, I found a new roomie and made it official! Her name is Mandi, and she is pretty much just like me haha. She likes Glee and Harry Potter. She wants to live in Chatham (as do I). Annnddd, she's already done the program once, so she's gonna know where to go and what to do on check-in day. So excited :).
On another note, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to all of my new (and old) followers! I really honestly thought that nobody read this, but y'all have proved me wrong :). Maybe I'll start blogging more now!
Okay, that's it. If anyone has any ideas on what I can blog on, that'd be great!
Here's a link to my vlog, by the way :)

So, I officially fail at blogging...
Okay...well it's been like two months since I've blogged. I know that's a long time, and that makes me inconsistent...but in my defense: (1)I only have two followers and I'm sure that they really don't care (2)Nothing exciting has happened...at all.
I have 76 days until I check in at Vista Way and I am literally DYING right now. Pretty much ALL of the Fall Advantage people have checked in, and are having the time of their lives...and I'm just sitting here waiting...waiting...waiting. It sucks :(. BUT---I now have an official roommate assignment courtesy of Disney Roommate Matching Notification thinggie! Her name is Michelle, and though I don't know much about her...I do know that we are the same star sign and that she likes a lot of the same FB fan pages that I like....so maybe we will get along. [REPHRASE] Please lord let us get along!!
I emailed Disney and requested a couple of work locations as of yesterday. I have recently decided that I'd much rather work at a resort than in a park. I only requested two locations, but then again there were only two that really spiked my interest. They are as follows:
(1) Boatwright's Dining Hall at Disney's Port Orleans Resorts:
Food style: Southern American.
Description: This underrated spot has the look of a 19th century boat shop, where unseen workers have just taken a break from building a 46-foot cotton lugger. Shipbuilding tools line the walls, and some tables sit underneath the boat's wooden frame. The menu includes choices Yankees rarely see. The menu features jambalaya and a terrific blackened snapper served on grilled grits. Pecan pie is homemade. Wood tables sit on tile floors.
Why I want to work here: Since the food style is southern american, I feel like I would be a perfect fit for Boatwright's. I also love the Disney story behind the restaurant, and that atmosphere that it creates.
(2)
California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort:
Food Style: New American
Description: Superb fare is matched by an entertaining view at this Disney landmark, which is perched atop the resort's A-frame tower. Signature items include grilled pork tenderloin and an oak-fired beef filet that's so tender you don't get a steak knife. Sushi is prepared by Okinawa native Yoshie Cabral, famous for her imaginative sauces and use of fruit. The view is better than you'd expect, since the surrounding land is so flat. Sit along the west windows before sundown and you'll see the steam of the Liberty Square Riverboat; diners along the south wall look down at Epcot's Spaceship Earth. You can watch Magic Kingdom's Wishes fireworks show from inside or from rooftop walkways.
Why I want to work here: I've heard many good reviews from cast members who have worked at the California Grill. To work on top of a rooftop everyday would be something new and exciting, and to watch Wishes every night would be simply magical.
Well, I suppose that is all for now. Tell me, fellow future CP's....where did you request to work??
